James Russell Higginbotham, 60, of Jacksonville, FL passed away January 18, 2018 in Jacksonville following a sudden illness. He was born November, 11 1957 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Arnold Russell Higginbotham and JoAnn Patricia Higginbotham. He is survived by his three sisters: Tracy Canady, Vickie Thomas (Rex) and Lori Stringer; nephews, Freddie "Tommy" Stringer, James "Michael" Stringer and Bruce Canady (Leigh Ann); niece, Heather Eiswirth; great-niece, Olivia Eiswirth; numerous extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Higginbotham was also preceded in death by his Son, James Higginbotham Jr.

My heart goes out to Jimmy’s sisters: Tracy, Vickie and Lori and. It is always so difficult when you lose a sibling but the memories of your love will always be held close. Always remember that Jimmy loved all his family. He was a very humble, kind and gently man. I will always remember him as that man. Love to each and every one of you. I do love you all.
