Colleen Alberta Eunice, 64, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018, at her home in Jacksonville, FL. Colleen was born May 15, 1953 to Joseph and Jean Eunice in Jacksonville, FL. Retired from a career in debt collection management, Colleen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved creating special memories for her loved ones and strove to lead a Christian home as a single mother. During her younger years, Colleen was a Flautist in the Jacksonville Symphony from 1971 to 1974. She was a member of the Jacksonville Track Club and participated in the first annual Gate River Run (then Jacksonville River Run). She attended Jacksonville University, but later graduated from the University of Florida in 1977 with a degree in Music Performance.
She is survived by her daughter, Karissa A. (Eunice) Davis, and her son-in-law, Matthew C. Davis, and her granddaughter, Layla A. Brandt.

I know that you haven’t been as well as you would have liked lately but now, all that has passed and you are perfect in every way! What a joy it must be. I would never have been able to thank you enough for going with me to our Class of 70-71 Reunion with me. I had not gone anywhere since my husband had passed and you gave me courage to take a step I needed. My thoughts and prayers are for your Daughter and her family. May you Rest in His arms.
