  1.      Billy was a good man with a huge personality. He will be sadly missed by many on and off the racetracks. Billy was the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He was a great horseman could do it all. Train, groom, steward and I cannot forget he was an awesome Agent!! He made mornings go by quickly and effortlessly just with his upbeat attitude. Our mid morning coffee breaks and chats were even better. Thank you Bill for all the kindness you showed my family and I when we visited your farm. You will be sadly missed!! My condolences to Karen and all loved ones..

  2. I had the pleasure to work for Bill as Stewards Clerk for many seasons. I will always treasure his stories, his professionalism, his humor and his friendship. I will miss him greatly. Karen, you are in my thoughts and prayers for strength in this difficult time.

  3. We were always in different parts of the country but whenever our paths crossed, it was a good meeting ! I will miss you my friend !!

  4. Bill was one of my favorite people. His sense of humor always brightened my day, and I found myself caring for him like I would a family member. I loved hearing him reminisce about his younger days at the track and telling stories about his adventures. He was loved by everyone in the office and his memory will always be with us. Prayers for strength, comfort and understanding lifted up to his loving wife and family. Heaven gained an angel, and he’s going to make some noise up there! Rest peacefully, Bill!

  5. It seems like a life time ago when we were all young and training horses. I still remember ponying Bold Tantrum. Rest in peace Billy Mandy
