Susan Tolen Ryerson

GILCHRIST – Sue “BabyCakes” Ryerson died Tuesday (October 9, 2018) at North Florida Regional Medical Center.

Born June 9, 1950 in Lafayette, Indiana to Robert E. Tolen and June Maxine Reeder. She spent most of her young adult life in Hollywood, Florida. She was an avid fan of Nascar, New England Patriots Football and the Florida Gators. Her favorite past time was going camping in her motorhome with the love of her life for 32 years, Charlie Taylor, going on Cruises and swimming in the pool. She was known as a Facebook junkie by her son Danny. She was also a collector of frogs in any shape or form as long as they were not real. She was retired from Capital City Bank in 2016.

Also surviving are: son Danny Prince, companion Charlie Taylor, sister and brother-in-law Mary Jean & Russ Dotson, and other family to include, niece Donna & Eric Van Auken and 2 kids Zack and Emma, nephew Rusty Dotson and daughter Daina, her step-daughter Kellie & Ron Eppa and many step-children who referred to her as “Nana Soup.”
