Janet Valerie Benham, age 86, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on October 28, 2018 at her home in Jacksonville surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 10, 1932 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, daughter of the late Harry and Bertha Schmidt. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the Benham family.
