Pamela S. Gouldthread, age 74, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on April 24, 2019 at her home in Jacksonville with her loving family by her side. She was born February 27, 1945 in Berlin Heights, Ohio, daughter of Harold and Gladys (Weed) Grant. Crevasse's Simple Cremation is honored to be serving the Gouldthread family.
