Robert Alan Librandi

August 21, 2019

Robert Alan LiBrandi, son of Frank and Helen LiBrandi, passed away August 21, 2019. He is survived by his wife Mary Lynn LiBrandi, Son Vince LiBrandi (and wife), Brother John LiBrandi and his loving granddaughters.

He was born in Jacksonville FL on August 31, 1947. He graduated from Ribault High School in 1965, served in the National Guard, and entered the electrical apprenticeship program. On February 17, 1970 he was initiated into the IBEW LU# 177.

Dad was a real sports enthusiast and very competitive. He played high school baseball, IBEW softball, and coached little league baseball for 7 years at Northside Athletic Association. Most of all, he was an avid golfer. He enjoyed hanging with his buddies at Hyde Park Golf Club and having a good argument after a round of golf.

He also enjoyed cooking the turkey on Thanksgiving and Christmas, quail hunting, his dogs, Buick cars, and coaching my baseball teams.

Dad was a hardworking, straight shooting great man. He loved his family above all and provided a good life for us.

He and mom celebrated their 45th anniversary in June. They were perfect for each other. We were so blessed to have him in our lives. He loved mom, Melina, his granddaughters Lennox and Azlynn, and me so much. We know we will always feel his strength and spirit with us. We know he is with Jesus pain free and happy again, watching over us. We love you and thank you for everything you’ve done for all of us.
