Angela Morris Shad

April 20, 1961 ~ November 1, 2019

Angela (Angie) Morris Shad, age 58 of Starke, FL, went to her heavenly home on Friday, November 1st, 2019. Angie was born on April 20th, 1961 in Jacksonville, FL. She was the daughter of Robert E.Morris Jr. and Connie Vanzant Morris.

Angie took great joy in the presence of her family and adored her children and grandchildren. She was a remarkable mother and grandmother. Angie had a huge heart and she made an impact on everyone she met and to know her was to love her. Her smile and her laugh were contagious, she was quick witted and fun. She had a true servants heart and always put the needs of others above her own and found happiness in helping others. She loved flowers, the beach, and the Virginia mountains where she spent most of her summers as a child. She loved shopping and her favorite possessions were her Snoopy and Woodstock collection.

To say we will miss her doesn’t even begin to describe the loss we feel. Her courage, faith, determination, generosity, compassion and ability to smile and laugh, even in the most difficult moments, will live on through her family.

When Angie graduated from her earthly home she was greeted by her Maternal Grandparents, Lynton P. Vanzant and Leila B. Vanzant and Paternal Grandparents Robert E. Morris SR. and Eula L. Morris and her mother, Connie Vanzant Morris of Jacksonville, FL. She is survived by her father, Robert E. Morris Jr. Her daughter, Amanda Jean Bondie and husband Brandon; Her son, Scott James Hebert and wife Jess; Her grandchildren, Ava, Lillian (Bugs) and Linken; Her brother, Robert E. Morris III and many beloved Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and her dog Timothy.

John 16:22 “So with you; Now is your time to grieve, but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you.

We are praying for you in the home going of your Mother. Know this is a difficult time for you as you miss her. But Praise the Lord she has entered into her reward. /all our love and prayers, Bernie and Gloria Cowles

  2. As I grow older, I cherish the memories of childhood and youth. I'm thankful to have Angie in those memories.

  3. Scott and Amanda, I am sincerely sorry for your loss. I am grateful that I got the privilege to meet and grow up around Angie. I hope you both, and the rest of your family find some sort of peace in her absence. She will watch over you lovingly now, as she did in life.
