Stephen L. Tillman, age 65, passed away after a life well lived on Monday, June 29th, 2020. Steve (aka Bo) was raised in the Church of Christ, and Jesus Christ continually guided his moral compass. Ever steadfast in his family values, Steve is survived by his wife, Karen, and daughters, SaraKate Lessem (Martin), and AmyBeth Tillman, son by choice Cam Parker, sister Sherry Shaara (Scott Robinson), nephew Joe Shaara (Dallas), and niece Brittany Shaara (Bryce Graves). He was preceded in death by his parents Lester and June Tillman. Steve was born and raised in Alachua County, Florida, a life-long resident of the community of Rochelle, until achieving his bucket list dream of living on a boat and traveling the Intracoastal Waterway. Professionally, Steve served the local community as a mechanic owning B & J Tire and Auto for many years, a heavy equipment operator, and a farmer. He most honored his time with the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, where he served as a K9 officer for over five years. His many passions included fishing, hunting, mechanics, and metal working.

Steve was always lots of fun to be around. He was a devout brother in Christ.
Steve was amazingly talented and had a great love for life and people.
