Allen was a huge part of Ocala, and it was a huge part of him. He enjoyed his life here and always enjoyed having brought his family to the area. Allen grew his barber business and encouraged his family to pursue in his footsteps. He loved his life and family.

Al I always had great respect for you for many reasons. You will always be remembered.
Big Al definitely has brightened up many lives in Ocala! Not just at Big Al's World Famous Barber Shop, but every life that he touched in Ocala! He loved his customers, which were more like family to him. He so loved dancing and going to Gator games, not to mention cheering for his Miami Dolphin's! I know that Al is at peace now …having fun and enjoying spreading his angel wings, a long with his fun sense of humor! I am sure he is flexing his muscles, which he was so proud of, under those angel wings! Our family and friends will be thrilled to have them join them! He will always be loved and truly missed! We will all meet again one day!
I was fortunate enough to help Al while he was at home. For 4 years. He was funny. Very caring. He will be missed..
