I am so sorry that you had to leave us. But I am so glad that you are at peace. There is much to celebrate for your life. You have a wonderful family and from what I could see, you were a fun and loving dad, a very special grandfather, and a great husband – nearly 50 years of marriage! You were also a very special uncle to my children. They too have fun memories of their Uncle Warren and routinely asked about you. It was also easy to know, that you also made such very positive impacts on the lives of others. I am certain that they have many fond memories as well and also wish you peace. For me, you were a great big brother, and I have so many fun and wonderful memories. Thank you for being there as I was growing up. You appropriately got on to me when I did something stupid, especially with your stuff (there were several of those and we just do not need to mention them here), but also for making so many other times of my childhood very special. I am so glad that you and Linda were close by when I was in college. It really meant so much to me to easily come see you, have dinner together, go canoeing, camping, crabbing, Wakarusa Football, going to the FL-GA games, etc. And yes those times we tried to make chickens into capons or when we learned to butcher sheep. I am also so glad that you were able to join Matt, Rob, me, and our BSA troop on Canoe Trials in Canada. That was a tremendous and special trip for all of us. So many wonderful memories and so many positive impacts on others — You will be missed.

Warren and I are cousins, I say are, because some things don't end. He was very close in age and we shared many interests. He loved the water, the outdoors and his family. We shared a summer together when we were young, and both enjoyed it immensely. As we grew older, we kept in touch, sharing our families growth, changes and losses. He was a person you had to like, and I did. My heart will carry his memory with me. Fair winds and following seas……..
I have many fond memories of Uncle Warren. He and Aunt Linda always sent some of my favorite presents. Most memorably was our canoe trip with my boyscout group that he was able to join us for. He really seemed to enjoy that trip though there was plenty of work and challenges.
Warren was and is my brother.
We were so different, yet respected the differences.
I was always proud of all the work he did at the university of Florida.
He loved science 🧪Â
He was so helpful to me when I went there to visit mom.
He was a great older brother to Gary.
A loyal husband to Linda, Â a great father to Tristen and Kelly
and a super grandfather to Izzy.
He is at peace 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I will miss him.

I was so proud of all of his work at the University of Florida
Every time I went to see mom, he was there to help me.
We shared all the holidays in Pompano with love and fun.
He was a loyal husband, great dad, and super grandfatherÂ
He loved science and especially the ocean.
