  5. "Lovable tease" is a great way to describe Uncle Bob! I still have a vivid memory of being on Cape Cod when I was a kid and I was with him and Dad when they made a liquor store run. Uncle Bob handed me a bottle of vodka and said "wait right here with this" while he wandered to another part of the store. I did as he said, and not a minute later the store clerk, understandably concerned about a kid alone in a liquor store, came by to inquire. Uncle Bob ran back over laughing, teasingly asking the store clerk if I was causing trouble. I'll miss that Uncle Bob mischief!

  6. Bob, you were a great friend. We will miss you dearly.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Susan and your family.

  7. Susan and family,

Going forward, when I have a three foot putt, I will be hearing him telling me to "just pick it up"!

  10. Susan and family,

So sad for your tragic loss. Will always remember Bob and our days of growing up in Maynard. From playground days and playing sports together throughout our youth. Bob even had his own ball field in his backyard where all the neighborhood kids would play.
He was a good friend with a great sense of humor. Very happy that we connected again, with you both, in our later years in Florida. He will be missed. Hopefully we can have a drink on the other side.

Bob and Thom dressed up in suits and acted like chauffeurs for them. God bless, Bob.
