Jo Ann Carty,82, passed away on July 2, 2021 after a long battle with health issues.
She was born to John and Garnie Slate on April 11, 1939 in Tazewell, Virginia.
She is survived by her ex husband George Carty. (They still lived together) her 2 daughters, Teresa Carty-Dye and Tamora Carty- Born. Her grandson Bradley Dye and her 3 great grandchildren, Aiyanna, Aiyden and Braelynn Dye.
