Pedro Sebastian Oyenarte, May 3, 1959 – September 17, 2021
Pete, as he will forever be known to his friends and family, departed this life early last Friday. Pete is survived by his wife of 41 years, Karen Denise, her parents, Harry and Connie Eastridge, his brothers, Paul, Jorge and Michael, his daughter Lauren and her partner, Justin Brown, his son Keith, his son Phillip and Phillip’s wife Suzanne. Also surviving Pete are his grandchildren Daniel, Addison, Lindsey, Olivia, Mason, Rowan, Maddison and Sage.
The life of Pete can be seen in his family. His dedication to Karen and the people they hold dear will continue to instruct and hold the rest of us together for ages to come. He brought music to the world, everywhere he went. All of us that were graced with his friendship have the gift of warmth that he gave so freely. It is a harmony of laughter and bad ass rock and roll. Thank you, Pete.

My deepest condolences. Pete was an amazing person. A gentle spirit. Always willing to help and give of himself. He always greeted you with a warm smile as a reflection of his heart. Pete loved his family and friends. We were his purpose to live. He was for me a joy to have worked with for years and years ,we had coffee pot talks every morning. We shared our lives and our faith. He will be miss! Many peoples epitaph are written in stone. But Pete’s is etched in our hearts.

Some of my best childhood memories were playing over at his house with Philip and Lauren. He always made me feel like part of the family. I’ll miss you Pete. Prayers and love to Karen, Philip, Lauren, Keith.
Pete. For three short years a long time ago we moved next to you and we became immediate friends, all of us, both our families. All of you were like family to us. We shared a lot of good times together, and we made a lot of memories that will never leave me, or rather us. There were so many good times, thank you for all that. My big regret is not keeping in touch, and I will always wish we had. Our lives have been richer having shared what we did together. Our thoughts and prayers will always be with Karen and all of your family.
