Patricia Kenney Jennings

Patricia Kenney (Forance) Jennings, born Charlotte Gioia, joined her son, Jon Kenney Forance in the afterlife on his birthday, February 25, 2022, at 6:40 a.m. Her end of life experience occurred in the Bailey Family Center, Hospice Facility, St. Augustine, Florida. Her last moments were cherished by her devoted son Stephan Forance, her caregiver during her illness. As witness to her last breath, Karen Forance, her daughter lost her mom from this life. Patricia was surrounded by the dedicated and caring hospice staff who helped her life transition.

She is survived by her son, Ted Forance and his wife Alison, her grandchildren; Teddy Forance, Reilly Forance, and Jonny Forance, Matthew Tarka Jr., Zachary Tarka, Rachael Anderson as well as their significant others, all of whom she spoke lovingly and proudly of. She leaves her great grandchildren Valentina and Benny Forance and Theodora Tarka and Zachary John Tarka Jr. With all the love in her heart she is survived by her birth sisters and their families; Renee Skrainski, Jeannie Dufour, Ann Lavieri, Michelle Matriascia and Tracey McKeon.

She left behind so many loved ones, members of her family, friends, caregivers and professionals in the community that have helped and supported her.
