Patricia Hollingsworth

Patricia Jo Baisden Hollingsworth (Trish), age 40, of Fort White Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 18, 2022 at NFR Medical Center in Gainesville from cardiac arrest.

Patricia was born in West Palm Beach Florida on May 17, 1981, to Joseph T Baisden and Margaret M Baisden, joining a brother and a sister.

She was very happily employed at Townsend and Thaler Dentistry as a Dental Assistant to Dr. Wade Townsend in Gainesville.  Trish thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor life, and she cherished all the time spent with her two greatest loves, sons Fitz & Ryker, as they shared numerous outdoor activities.  Hunting, especially fishing and in particular, just going to the River.

Patricia is preceded in death by paternal grandparents C.T. & Patricia Baisden, maternal grandparents Wes & Lucy Mills, Uncles John L Mills, William P Mills and Mother-In-Law Margaret Hollingsworth.

She leaves behind for now, her parents Joseph Baisden and Margaret Baisden, her well-beloved sons Fitz Hollingsworth and Ryker Hollingsworth, her brother Keith Mills, sister Tiffany Bedford, Uncles Steve Mills, Charles Mills and Charlie Baisden, Aunts Anne Ross and Shawn Kreeger, Father-In-Law Troy Hollingsworth, her beloved Wallace Cable III, and numerous cousins and other family members throughout the United States and around the world.

Patricia will be deeply missed by all in her family, and by countless friends and associates in the Gainesville, Alachua, Fort White areas.  To know her is to love her.

A short service to offer prayers and blessings will be held by Pastor Mike Tatem of Parkview Baptist Church, on Saturday, March 19, 2022 beginning 11:00 a.m. at The Swick House 15100 NW 142 Terrace – Alachua FL. Service will be followed by a fellowship/life celebration with everyone.

Trisha ….I find this all so hard to believe …you were way too young , and left so many behind …I am heartbroken for your boys …they’re so young to have to deal with this heartache , and for your parents …parents aren’t supposed to outlive their children …we had some great conversations over cold beer hanging out by the pool …you never failed to call me to tell me y’all would be setting off fireworks , because you knew my dog was fearful of them…you will be missed by everyone that knew you …you are most definitely in a better place now ….rest in paradise sweet girl 💔
