My step dad, Ed Conway, raised me as a son from the age 11 years old as he and my mom were married for 34 years. My dad was unable to be a father due to his mental illness. Ed was a lifeline for me and I learned many skills for which I am grateful. Ed and I bonded through our many shared interests. He gave me a great deal, I have always been grateful. I am sad to hear of his passing. His grandchildren loved him. Rest in peace and rise in power.
In 1980, I met a man, who would be the love of my life. He took me on a 30+ year journey. We worked hard to prepare for retirement and finished rearing four children. I learned so much from him. We enjoyed many wonderful adventures traveling the country. Unfortunately, we went our separate ways a few years back. I will always be grateful for our time together. My sympathy and prayers to his children.
