  1. I’ve played pickleball numerous times with Ted and would run into him at Publix!
    My condolences to Teds family!

  2. Ted was one of a kind. He always had some great stories. He was a interesting guy who was very personable. May he Rest In Peace and condolences to the family.

  3. Ted was truly a very nice man. He will be missed! We had many nice games and conversations at the Pickleball courts. Blessings to the Taylor family.

  4. Ted was friend and a mentor not only to me, but all three of my kids. God put Ted in our lives at the right moment to help us through a difficult divorce.  I worked for Ted in his appraisal business, and he trained me to become his assistant and then an appraiser.  Throughout the many years I have known him, I enjoyed stories that he shared from high school, the college days, his work days, sports , always something to share.  Yes there were those times that I rolled my eyes, not that story again! Yes Ted, of course you did.  He led an amazing life, but He always had time to pick up the phone and listen, except when a pickle game was scheduled.  I am glad he was able to enjoy his  well earned retirement life in Florida. He will certainly be missed and I know he is in a better place watching over us.   Rest In Peace Ted .

  5. Ted was a champion in so many ways! He was oh-so-smooth on the pickleball court, he was a pleasure to watch play! More importantly, he was a champion of honorable character: highly principled, generous, caring, humorous, sociable, storyteller and teacher. He was so altruistic that he became proficient in performing CPR, AED use, and first aid so he could come to a DWPV neighbors’ aid if called upon. I will miss him greatly.
Deepest sympathies to Jan and the rest of his family.

  6. Jan, my deepest condolences. It was a privilege to get to know you and Ted and I am so sorry that we weren't able to get together more than we did. I will never forget the time Ted took us to a favorite restaurant of his and I ordered a "buttery" chardonnay wine which ended up with a $30 a glass price tag!!! It was the best glass of wine I ever tasted and I felt so bad about ordering that wine without asking the price but Ted just smiled it off and was glad that I enjoyed it.
    Please accept my deepest sympathies.

    Rachel
