I came to know Linda a little bit through her Niece, Lisa, who is a co-worker of mine at UF. Rest in peace, Linda.

I only knew Linda through Fitbit, but she was always a light to keep you motivated and told great stories from her camping adventures and love of her family. Linda will be missed. Peace be with her family.
My heart goes out to Gene, Renee and their entire family. I met Linda in the late 1970s and we have been friends ever since. Work together twice. First, for National Car Rental at the old Gainesville Airport then later on for the University of Florida. Facebook kept us connected after our retirement. She was one of the kindest people I have ever known and Linda had such a sweet spirit. I will miss her terribly and l loved her even more. God’s speed, dear lady… Say hello to Eddie and Bobbie for me. Till we meet again… ♥️

I'm sad to hear Linda has passed. She was always so kind and sweet. I enjoyed times we shared with family. Everyone makes a difference in our lives and I feel blessed to have known Linda. Praying for Renee and Gene, their families for continued strength in the loss of their Mother, Grandmother, Aunt. Love, Ann, Stacey, Jordan, Justin.
