Martin Keith Smith

    Martin Smith, 56, lifelong resident of Gainesville, Fl., passed away at his home on June  21, 2022, following a battle with cancer.  
He was born April 20, 1966, to James and Margaret Smith.      Martin worked his entire career as a meat cutter. He enjoyed fishing, 
assembling model cars, racing remote control cars and spending time with his family. 

He is proceeded in death by both of his parents and a sister, Viana Podlinsky. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Anna Smith; Stepfather, JD Palmer; 
Brothers, Carl Smith, Frank Smith and Ronnie (Kimberly) Smith and a sister Brenda Smith (Mike Pons), all of Gainesville. He also had several nieces and nephews.
