June Kronholm passed away on June 23, 2022, at home in Gainesville, Florida, surrounded by her family. She was born June 1, 1930, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, the daughter of Glenn and Emma (Schuetz) Watson.
June graduated from Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School, class of 1948. After returning to Wisconsin Rapids, June worked for Riverview Hospital and the Doctor’s Clinic, and, after retirement, she carried meals to her hometown elderly residents. June was a lifetime member of First English Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids and was an avid gardener who would often find new and exotic plants to add to her beautiful collection. She traveled to England, Ireland, Sweden, and Germany with her friends. She loved puzzles and especially a good Riesling.
In addition to her parents, June was predeceased by her husband Herb of 39 years, her sisters Jerry (Watson) Van Winkle, Phyllis (Watson) Moore, and brother Clarence (Bud) Watson. She is survived by her children, Herbert Jr. (Jonna) Kronholm, Wisconsin Rapids; Kurt (Lynne) Kronholm, Loveland, Colorado; Lisa (Richard) Moore, Woodruff, Wisconsin; and Bret (Dawn) Kronholm, Alachua, Florida.
