I first met B.K. 61 years ago when her family moved into the house next door to mine. We grew up together, shared joy and sorrow as well as some secrets, and leaned on each other for support whenever one of us was going through a rough patch. The lives of the people she touched are better for having known her. She has been and will always be my best friend and I will miss her very much.
B. Kaye mediated a case for me December 29. She wasn't feeling too good and did it via video conference, but otherwise seemed like her usual self. Was surprised to learn of her death and still haven't seen an announcement of it in The Brunswick News. We tried many cases together. A fine woman.
