Mr. Irving H. Zahn, age 88, of Ocala, Florida, passed peacefully at home with his three favorite girls, Carla, Nicole, and Jenny, on May 17, 2023. Irv was born to the late Anna and Howard Zahn on December 11, 1934, in Plymouth, Massachusetts. He lived such an exciting and full life. Irv played semi-pro football, was in the Navy (Charleston, SC), worked for TWA as a manager, Miami Springs police officer, and lastly was a real estate broker for 55 years. He was proud of his life but he was extremely proud of his family. He never liked to be considered retired, he was a professional grandpa/pops. He is survived by his daughter Carla Chindamo; granddaughter, Nicole Chindamo and fiancee, Billy Revels; great-grand dog Jenny. He is predeceased by his wife Rochelle Zahn; his parents, Anna and Howard Zahn; and his sister, Carolyn Zahn. He was so involved in every community he lived in, Plymouth, Miami Springs, Ocala, St. Augustine, and West Palm Beach. He touched so many lives and could make you laugh/smile so much. He will truly be missed by all his loved ones, family, friends, and everyone in between. He has left a legacy and impact on everyone’s lives he has met, he never met a stranger. Irv lived life to the fullest every single day.
