John Wayne Worth

February 7, 1963 ~ June 7, 2023

John Wayne Worth was born in Daytona Beach, Florida to Lloyd Roan Worth and Elizabeth Maxine Mciver Worth.

John is Preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Elizabeth Worth and is survived by siblings, Roy Worth of Manattee County, FL, Rusty Suko of Gainesville, FL, Robert Douglas of Williston, FL, Virginia (Mark) Harrington of Belleview, FL and Lloyd Roan Worth, Jr. of Ft Ogden, FL. He is also survived by lots of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews who loved him. And also by two stepdaughters and two step granddaughters.

John lived in Fort McCoy, FL with his wife of 33 years, Tina Worth. John Wayne was a good man who provided for his wife, Tina and helped his family out when needed. Mainly his sister Virginia "Jenny"  as they were very close. He tried hard to do what was right, made a lot of mistakes along the way but would do anything for you, if he could. He always tried hard to make things good for the people he loved and his friends.

John Wayne loved to work in the yard tending his plants and trees. He was a cowboy true and true. He loved horses and motorcycles, the river and lake around our home. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his wife and family. John Wayne had a good life, a little bumpy in the beginning, kind of a wayward spirit, they call it. Never staying still long until he said he found Tina, the woman he had prayed for and finally settled him down. John and Tina got together in November, 1989 in Wauchula, FL and stayed together until his death on June 7, 2023.

John will be missed and loved by all who knew him. He had his own landscaping business for 5 years and was liked and appreciated by all he worked for. He had a used tire shop in Sebring, FL for years where his customers liked him a lot. He would give family and friends work to help them out even when he did not need the extra help himself. He was a very caring man under that rough cowboy attitude. He had always dressed in black with his boots and black cowboy hat.

"I will always love you and I will miss you dearly "my cowboy". You will always be in my heart until we meet again. See you later.                           Your loving wife forever, Tina"
