Helen J. Stevener, 94, formerly of St. Petersburg, FL passed away August 22, 2023. She lived in Gainesville for the last 6 ½ years. She was married for 53 years to John F. Stevener until his passing in 2007.
She is survived by two daughters, Helen S. Mowrer (Craig) and JoAnn Stevener (Alan Berkelhammer) and a son, John H. Stevener (Teresa) and six grandchildren, Karla, Hal, Holly, Amber, Amanda, Noelle, and Jason. She has 7 great-grandchildren, Cody, Kaylin, Adam, Knox, Sommer, Noelle, and Freya.
