David A Deaderick II

David Anderson Deaderick II, 98, of Evinston, FL passed away on October 9,2023. He was born in Knoxville, TN to Inslee Winfred Deaderick and Stella Spangler Deaderick, who have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Marguerite Woody Deaderick. Son David and wife Teresa of Lakewood Ranch, FL; grandchildren Christy LaFleur, Samuel Deaderick, Joshua Deaderick; great-grandchildren Mathieu LaFleur, Thomas Deaderick and Joseph Deaderick. Daughter Bebe Edwards and husband Bill of Evinston, FL; granddaughter Beth Banner. Son Lee and wife Katie of McIntosh, FL; grandchildren Ann, Maggie, Mark and Grace. 

David served in the US Army Air Force during World War II and attended University of Tennessee after the war. He worked for Southern Bell Telephone for 32 years, and has resided in McIntosh and Evinston for 63 years. He enjoyed fishing, and spent several years as a commercial fisherman after he retired from the phone company.

A memorial service will be held at Evinston United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be sent to Evinston United Methodist Church, PO Box 344, Evinston, FL 32633.
