Mary Giroux Jose

Mary Giroux Jose, 70 of Williston, FL and Vassalboro, ME passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2023. Mary is survived by her husband Richard Jose, her three children, Jessica Clark and her husband Matthew Clark and grandson Keegan Clark, Nicolas Jose and granddaughter Grace Jose, Jody Jose and granddaughter Adeline Jose and her two sisters Karen Giroux and Sue Giroux Brown. She was predeceased by her parents Daniel and Johanna Giroux of Rochester, NY.
In the eighties, Mary developed the very successful Maine Mad Hatter Corporation, selling children's outerwear to thousands of families across the United States and abroad. She enjoyed exhibiting her wares at craft fairs throughout New England and Florida and she also ran four Curves gym locations in Maine with her daughter Jessica.
Mary enjoyed spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and mowing acres of grass, as well as caring for and riding her horse Hootie.
She will be missed by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers a donation in her name to your favorite charity would be wonderful.

My deepest condolences 😞 Mary was just a wonderful lady that I had the pleasure of knowing as a friend at Oak Grove boarding school . She always made us smile . And will be greatly missed.
Your mom had a great spirit for life, always adventurous, outspoken, and very caring. By nature she was a very strong woman. We keep her memories close to our hearts and send the sincerest condolences to the family.❤️❤️❤️
