Mary Kay Delgado, age 64, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on February 7th 2024 surrounded by her husband. She was born on February 2nd, 1960 Houston, Texas, but grew up in San Antonio, TX, and was the middle child of five siblings.
Mary was the life of the party and loved being around people. She made friends wherever she went and would give the shirt off of her back to those in need. Mary always ensured that she made a house into a home wherever she lived. In her free-time she loved to cook, decorate for the holidays, spend time with her husband and dogs, and going to the beach.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 22 years, Ted; her daughter Sarah; two grandchildren Samantha and Joey; two siblings Jay and Barbara; and two dogs Max and Sammie. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and two brothers.
Mary will be remembered as a good-hearted person who loved to make people laugh. To honor her wishes, Mary’s ashes will be scattered by the ocean—a place that brought her true happiness. She will be deeply missed.
Crevasse's Simple Cremation is honored to serve the Delgado family.

With all my love Rest-in-Peace. I will always love you deep in my heart and soul. Miss you terribly.
I'm So Sorry to hear about Mary's Passing. She was a sweetheart. She came to pick me up for Thanksgiving Dinner in 1997, after I lost my Father.
It’s really hard for me to put into words what you meant to me we have been like sisters for the last 30+ years. I feel as if a part of me is now missing. We shared so many good times together and lots of laughter you could always make me laugh. I still can’t believe you’re gone. I love you so very much and I will forever miss you. My deepest sympathy for your family and your dogs that you called her babies you took a piece of my heart when you left this earth. I hope you are in a warm loving place. Rest in peace, my dear friend. ✝️🙏🏻🌺💕
