Bobbie Goode, aged 88, of Trenton, Florida, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at his residence. Born in Alachua, Florida, on May 3, 1935, he was raised by his parents, Roger and Victoria Goode, among his 14 siblings, and graduated from Newberry High School. In 1955, he married Shelby Jean Harris, his cherished wife until her passing in 2008. Bobbie retired from Florida Power and Light, dedicating years of service.
He found joy in family gatherings, raising and training hunting dogs, and passionately supporting the Gators. Bobbie was deeply loved by his family and friends.
He is survived by his sons, Robert Goode and Richard Goode, and his daughter, Jana Barnash. He is also survived by two sisters, Jean Smith and Faye Davis, three grandchildren: Amanda Goode, Shelby Goode, and Victoria Dew, and three great-grandchildren: Kensli White, Adalida White, and Mikah Mims.

I will always remember this wonderful southern gentleman. A gentle soul with a bright smile and enormous heart. You can see the love he gave so easily in all of the loved ones he left here on earth.
