Robert Jefferson Griffin, Jr.

Jeff was a good friend with whom I shared many good times back in my late teens and early twenties. We shared an affinity for music, fast cars and beer. In fact, I was with Jeff, John Rowland and Paul Proctor the night he totaled his 1973 Dodge Challenger going way too fast on a curve in the road between Melrose and Orange Heights. It was a miracle that we walked away from that wreck.

As so often happens, life took us in different directions and we lost touch. I began searching for Jeff a few years ago but was unsuccessful. I was shocked to learn of his passing. There was much I wanted to catch up with Jeff's about now that we were in our later years and much I wanted to share with him about my own life. 

Jeff, I hope you are in a better place. You are missed, my friend.
