Delores A. Baxter

Delores A. Baxter, age 89, of Yorkville, IL passed away peacefully on February 21, 2024. She was born in Aurora, IL to Edward & Leona (Babcock) Spring on June 22, 1934. Delores was united in marriage to Marvin Baxter on November 9, 1951, in Aurora, IL. They spent the next 54 years together, until his passing in 2005. Florida was her happy place where she and her husband would spend their winters. Watching her grandchildren & great-grandchildren grow was something that brought her great joy. Delores had the biggest heart, a beautiful smile and always just wanted the best for her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Janice (Jim) Kellett of Montgomery, Daughter Penny Kisser of St. Augustine, FL, two brothers, Donald Spring & Jerry Spring, Eight grandchildren, Jennifer (William) Bradford, Michael (Sarah) Clark II, Corey (Andi) Kisser, Curtis Kisser, Stephanie Kisser, James (Ginger) Kellett III, Amanda (Matthew) Mitchell, & Christine (James) Roysdon, & 15 greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Katherine & Marlene, husband Marvin & daughter Victoria Clark.
