I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Chuck. My heartfelt condolences go out to you. Chuck and my late husband, Sam who owned The Cop Shop, worked together in the Eastern District and were the closest of friends. Chuck was always at our house and the two of them would have steak and French fries night almost weekly. We lost touch with Chuck once he retired and moved to Florida. I did, however, receive a letter from Chuck following my husband’s death in 2018. It was nice to hear from him. He was a great person and friend to both Sam and I.
