She was born on August 2, 1951 in Lake City, Florida, Columbia County to Richard Jackson O'Neal Sr. and Doris Elnora Moseley O'Neal from Lake City.
She moved to Live Oak, Florida, Suwannee County and married William Randall Love of Live Oak November, 1969, son of JC and Betty Grace Whatley Love.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Randall Love of Live Oak, Florida, their daughter, Connie, Grace Love Horne of Live Oak, Florida, and her parents, Richard Jackson O'Neal, Sr. and Doris Elnora Moseley O'Neal of Lake City, Florida.
