To know Mark was to love him.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Ruth Ottomeyer, whom he married in 1974 and together they were blessed with three children. He was survived by his second wife, Virginia Schaefer, his children, Stacy Robbins (Chris), Angela Dugan (Robert), and James Ottomeyer, and his sister, Carol Woody. He will be lovingly remembered by his 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a large circle of family and friends who will carry on his legacy and hold dear the memories of a man cherished for his wisdom, compassion, and wholehearted love for his family.
