Carolyn and Jay,
I know how difficult it is to lose a family member. Especially a child and a brother. Just know that Jay and Jr. are together right now doing what they both loved, FISHING. He is not alone. He has family with him in heaven and they are no longer in pain. God Bless you, Carolyn and family.
Love Steve and Renee
The Proctor family sends our sincere, heartfelt condolences for loss of your beloved son and brother Vincent. May the days ahead be filled with loving memories.

Miss you my friend
I thank you Lord, for giving me such a wonderful true friend. You knew just who to send. Vince was always there with willing helping hands, a shoulder to lean upon and a heart that understood. My children and I were grateful for Vince's unwavering love as we were navigating our way through life. We will hold Vince close within our hearts and there Vince will remain until we meet again. Each day I will lovingly remember your beautiful blue loving eyes and shining smile.
Jay and Family, want you to know that my heart goes out to you all and let you know that Vinny was a great friend…. always thoughtful, caring and funny. I'll always cherish the times driving around listening to great music, playing darts, watching the Fins, going to concerts, camping, working at Dino's, and just his friendship. My wife and I are so grateful that he was a groomsman in our wedding over 30 years ago. I will miss him. May God grant you peace. With love, Tom.
