Glenn Cecil Sheppard, 70, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on September 29, 2024. Born on December 12, 1953, Glenn was one of three children of the late Pauline (Hiers) and Cecil Frances Sheppard. A talented painter by trade, Glenn had a deep love for the ocean, fishing, music, playing his guitar, and riding his motorcycle, passions that reflected his free spirit and love for nature.
He is survived by his loving partner, Tammy Allen, of Jacksonville; his daughters, Millissa (Ali) Youssef and Leona Sheppard; his sister, Barbara (John) Lunsford, and brother, Alan Richard (Margaret) Sheppard, along with their families; and four beloved grandchildren: Tyler, Jasmine, Hunter, and Eliza. Glenn was preceded in death by his son, Curtis Glenn Sheppard, and his first wife, Cindy Louise Savard.
Glenn will be remembered for his passion for life, love of the ocean, and the beautiful moments he shared with family and friends.
