In Loving Memory of Teresa Crosby Farino

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Teresa Crosby Farino, who peacefully left us on October 3 at the age of 70 after a two-year battle with cancer. A devoted wife, cherished mother, loving grandmother/great grandmother and caring sister, she touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and selfless spirit.

Teresa was a dedicated and compassionate nurse for over 40 years, making an incredible impact on both her patients and colleagues. Her nurturing soul and deep commitment to caregiving were evident in everything she did. Through her work, she exemplified the true meaning of service and empathy, often going above and beyond to bring comfort and healing to those in need.

Beyond her professional life, Teresa was the heart of her family. She shared the last five years with her caring and devoted husband, Mike Farino, and was a loving mother to Kimberly Adams and Christina Steadman. Her grandchildren Brittany Adams, Tristen Adams, Katlyn Steadman and Cheyenne Lewis, as well as her great grandchildren, Camrie, Anaiah, Saraiah, J’mya, Aria, Angelique, Marcus Jr, Jace and Raelynn, were the light of her life and a source of great joy and pride. As a sister to Theda Stewart, Debra Nagy and Shirley Lynn, she was a source of strength, support, and endless love.

She will always be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her gentle heart, and her unwavering devotion to her family and career. Her legacy of kindness and care will live on in the countless lives she touched.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, and many nieces and nephews. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will forever be a blessing to all who knew her.

A celebration of her life is being planned where we will honor the extraordinary woman she was.
