Robert Lee Duke, age 64, of Archer, FL, passed away December 8, 2024. Crevasse's Simple Cremation is honored to serve the Duke family.
I was very sorry to hear that Robert had passed. I met Robert several years ago because of our shared interest in control line model airplanes. I believe Robert inspired all of us because of his enthusiasm for our sport. He also immediately became a good friend and was always the first one to lend a hand when we needed help.
We all learned from Robert because he was an excellent machinist, mechanic and could virtually fix anything. Robert has helped me in so many ways and the talent he had will be missed by all of us. I am very sorry that he will not be flying with us, but I know that when I go flying, Robert will be with us in spirit.
