Eugenia C. Tavares, 82, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025, after a stay at Cate’s House Hospice in Ocala, Florida with her husband of 59 years, Casimiro Tavares, by her side. Born on September 28, 1942 in Fall River, Massachusetts, Eugenia was the youngest of two daughters of Alfred J. Bloniarz and Eugenia Christine Bloniarz. Eugenia leaves behind 2 daughters, Tracie A. Mitchell and RaeAnn Tavares, 3 grand daughters, Hannah Mitchell, Abigail DaSilva, and Jessica Belval, a great granddaughter, Sophia Belvel, and a grandson, Dorian Mitchell.
Eugenia touched the lives of all who knew her. She was very talented with sewing, crocheting, baking, and also had a love for music and dancing.
Our hearts are truly broken. We have lost you, but heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
