Sean Michael Gordon

April 5, 1985 ~ December 13, 2025

Born in: Brunswick, Maine
Resided in: Yulee, Florida

Sean Michael Gordon, 40, passed away on December 13, 2025. Born on April 5, 1985, in Brunswick, Maine, Sean lived life with humor, heart, and a soundtrack always playing somewhere in the background.

Sean proudly served in the United States Navy from June 2007 to June 2015, an experience that shaped his strength, loyalty, and deep respect for his fellow veterans. Service was something he carried with him long after his time in uniform ended.

Known for being fun, goofy, quick witted, and endlessly entertaining, Sean had a way of making people laugh when they least expected it. He loved all kinds of music, casting a fishing line, experimenting in the kitchen, and diving headfirst into his favorite fandoms- especially Star Wars, Anime (Attack on Titan), and The Nightmare Before Christmas. He was also a steadfast Jacksonville Jaguars and Florida State Seminoles fan, proudly sticking with his teams even during the seasons when loyalty required extra patience.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Gordon Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kristen Gordon (Nordhaus); his beloved daughter, Chloe LeAnn Gordon, who was the light of his life; his mother Tina Gordon (Tagliento); his brother, Gregory (Amanda) Gordon Jr.; and his sister Jean Gordon.

Please contact the family fo details of the upcoming service they are having.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local rehabilitation facility or a Veteran’s aid organization.

Sean’s laughter, love, and larger-than-life spirit will be deeply missed-but never forgotten.

Crevasse’s Simple Cremation is honored to serve the Gordon family.

  1. My dad was a very interesting and intriguing character, he always filled the room with laughs and was a great cuddle buddy when I wanted to watch a movie or I had a nightmare and I needed someone to comfort me. My dad love to take me fishing and on walks showing how much he adored the beauty of nature, he taught me a lot of things I needed to know in life and I’m sad that he’ll never see me put those into play. I’m sad He’ll never see me grow into an adult , and I’m sad that I’ll never taste his cooking again.

But I’m thankful that I was loved and cherished by him

I love you Sean. And I miss you more every single day. I miss you so very much, Dad rest easy.
