Ethel Joyce Hendrick

Aunt Joyce was truly one of a kind. She carried a spirit that was warm, steady, and full of love. One of the things she cherished deeply was the American flag—it meant so much to her. But even more than that, she loved her family with her whole heart.
Her smile and laughter were unforgettable. When she laughed, it would linger, filling the room and staying with you long after the moment had passed. There was a light about her that made every gathering brighter and every memory sweeter.
There are so many fond memories of Aunt Joyce that I could never possibly list them all. When I think about my childhood and even my young adult years, I can’t imagine them without her. She was woven into so many moments of my life, and those memories will always be treasures I hold close.
Our family has lost a loving mother and grandmother, and that is a deep and painful loss. My heart and prayers are with all of you. May you find peace and comfort in knowing that she is now resting safely in the arms of her Savior.
She will be missed more than words can express, but she will be remembered with love for all the days to come.
