Rhonda, born on November 30, 1959, in Gary, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on August 25, 2026, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was surrounded by the warmth and love of her family, who will forever cherish her memory.

Rhonda was the beloved daughter of the late Ham and Vernese Mann and was predeceased by her siblings, Tom Mann and Pam Gregory. She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Emmanuel Ogbonnaya, who were the center of her world. Her grandchildren, Jordan and Alexis Paceley, brought immense joy to her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Rhonda is also survived by her siblings, Vessie Ossmann, Penny Shepard, Michael Mann, Ellis Mann, and Timothy Mann, who remember her as a guiding light in their lives.

For over 30 years, Rhonda dedicated herself to a career in healthcare, where she made a significant impact in practice management at Community Care Network. Her colleagues remember her fondly for her fiery spirit and the genuine care she showed to everyone she encountered. Rhonda’s vibrant and passionate energy was infectious, and she never hesitated to share her wisdom and joy with those around her.

Above all, Rhonda was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. Her steadfast guidance and loving nature left a lasting mark on her family and friends, who will continue to hold her in their hearts.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and hospice staff who provided exceptional care and support to Rhonda during her battle with cancer. Their kindness, especially from Florida Cancer Specialists and Gentiva Hospice Care, was extraordinary and brought great comfort to Rhonda and her family.

Rhonda’s legacy of love and warmth will continue to inspire all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
