In Loving Memory of Lisa Lynette Kisner

November 1, 1967 – October 10, 2026

Forever our Ling Ling

Lisa Lynette Kisner, affectionately known as “Ling Ling,” went to be with the Lord on October 10, 2026, at the age of 58. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Lisa was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and cherished sister whose family was the center of her world. She shared 29 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Robert “Rob” Kisner Jr. Together, they built a life and family filled with memories, experiences, and a love that became part of their family’s story.

Above all else, Lisa loved her children and grandchildren. Her family was her greatest joy, and she gave of herself wholeheartedly to the people she loved. She was selfless, strong-willed, and fiercely devoted to her family, always finding ways to show her love through her words, her actions, and the time she shared with them.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Robert “Rob” Kisner Jr.; her daughter, Andrea Pedata; her sons, Robert “David” Kisner, Kory Kisner, and Steven Kisner; and her beloved granddaughters, Autumn Kisner and Skyler Kisner. She is also survived by her sister, Sandy Quigg, and her husband, Steve; and her brothers, David Galaska and Kenneth Galaska, along with extended family members and many others whose lives she touched.

Lisa was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Heather Pedata; her sister, Kathleen Galaska; her mother, Joan Galaska; and her father, Robert Galaska. They held a special place in her life and heart, and their memories will forever remain part of her family’s story. While their absence has brought its own heartache, there is comfort in the hope that Lisa is now reunited with those she loved and lost.

Anyone who knew Lisa will remember her infectious laugh, her huge, beautiful smile, and her unforgettable sense of humor. She had a personality that left an impression and a way of making people feel through the things she said and the way she treated them. Her impact on others went beyond what words can express. She touched lives in ways both big and small, leaving behind memories, connections, and moments of laughter that will never be forgotten.

Lisa found happiness in life’s simple pleasures, whether spending precious time with her family, enjoying a game of bingo, or working in the school cafeteria, where she had the opportunity to serve and interact with countless elementary school students. Through these everyday moments, she became part of the lives of many people and created memories that will continue to bring smiles to those who knew her.

Life brought Lisa her share of hardships and obstacles, but even through the difficult times, she continued to look for the positive. She faced life’s challenges with a strong will and a spirit that kept searching for the good. Her ability to find reasons to smile, to laugh, and to appreciate the people she loved speaks to the strength of the woman she was. She reminds us that even when life is difficult, there is still love to give, laughter to share, and goodness to be found.

The loss of Lisa leaves an ache that words can never fully capture. Her family will miss the sound of her laughter, the sight of her beautiful smile, her humor, her presence, and all the little moments that once seemed ordinary but will now be treasured forever. There will always be wishes for one more conversation, one more hug, one more laugh, and one more day together.

Though our hearts are broken by her absence, we find comfort in knowing that Lisa has gone to be with the Lord. While we must learn to live without her physical presence, the love she gave us will never leave. It will live on in her husband, her children, her granddaughters, her siblings, and every person whose life she touched.

Lisa’s story does not end with her passing. It continues in the lives she helped shape, the kindness she shared, the laughter she brought into the world, and the memories that will be passed down through generations. Her love will remain a part of her family forever, and her spirit will be remembered in every smile, every shared story, and every moment that brings her loved ones together.

Until we meet again, Ling Ling.

You were loved more than words could ever say, you will be missed more than words can express, and you will never, ever be forgotten. May you rest peacefully in the arms of the Lord, reunited with your loved ones who went before you, knowing that the love you gave this world will live on in the hearts of those you left behind.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our Ling Ling.

Services will be held October 24th at 1pm at Cross Community Church, 2575 Lone Pine Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33410.

  1. Lisa was one special lady! 💜 We worked together, teaching kids how to cook. The days were filled with fun and a lot of laughter. I will miss our texts and we always said we were going to go to bingo together. My thoughts and prayers 🙏 are with her Rob and her children and family. Sending lots of love to you Lisa and I know you’re with Heather and your Mom! 😘

  2. I’m so unbelievably sad to hear of your family‘s loss of Lisa! I grew up with Lisa at the skating rink as a kid, and then had the pleasure of her mom watching my children 25 years ago. I watched your family go through so much with the loss of beautiful Heather and grandma Joan. I can’t imagine what you’re walking through now. Sending so many prayers your way. Shannon Jones

  3. I am lighting a candle for you, my love. I miss you so much. You will always be in my heart Lisa. Tell everyone up there that I said hello. Win a lot in bingo. Until we meet again.
