Ana Perez

Ana M. Perez, age 78, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on January 9, 2019 at her home in Jacksonville surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 20, 1940 in Quebradilla, Puerto Rico, daughter of Juan and Juana (Soto) Roman. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the Perez family.
