Anthony (Tony) Allen Albert of Gainesville, Florida passed away on November 23, 2025 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville at the age of 48. His departure leaves a profound silence in the hearts of all who loved him, yet his spirit continues to create a ripple of warmth, laughter, and creativity that will never fade.
Tony was born on November 4, 1977, and was baptized at the age of sixteen at Redford Baptist Church in Redford, Missouri. His faith and the values he carried through life reflected a quiet resilience, a deep loyalty, and a capacity for joy that shaped every connection he made.
Tony was an avid gamer, a gifted artist, and a devoted uncle. He had a creative mind that never stopped searching for color, design, and beauty in the world around him. He loved large cats, especially tigers and lions, and held a deep appreciation for the natural world. He found peace near the water, whether at the beach or simply spending time outdoors. Some of his happiest moments were spent gaming with friends, sharing stories, and laughing together, or cruising the world with his family.

Tony is survived by his father Arthur Albert of Salem Missouri, his step mother Paula Albert of Salem Missouri, his sister Amber Wilson of Plano Texas, and his nephew Brisan Comstock of Plano Texas. He is also survived by numerous aunts uncles cousins and close friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Although Tony’s journey on this earth has come to a close, his memory continues forward, expanding into infinity through the countless lives he touched. His legacy will remain a lasting reminder of love, imagination, and the beauty of being unapologetically oneself.

In Loving Memory
Rollin, Crystal and Tyler Wisdom
You will be missed, my friend. Your spirit will live long in our memories and stories of the times we spent together enjoying stories and laughs of our time in college at Rolla.
I will forever treasure getting to spend time with you this past summer, in person and while playing games together.
Love you, Tony. Rest well my friend.
R.I.P Tony
We all love you.
I didn’t work with Tony for long but I enjoyed my time with him. He went into detail with several of us when he started having problems and he’s been on our prayer lists since. Even though he was getting sick, he was always upbeat and optimistic. After he left our company he would still stop by every so often. Sending his family and close friends love and prayers as they navigate through this time.
I am happy your suffering has ended. But I am also immensely proud of you. I know you had the spirit to keep fighting but your body gave out first.
In Warhammer terms; Cadia stands! The body broke before the spirit and that’s what matters you fantastic warrior! I can only hope to be as strong as you someday. Fighting through all you had with a smile the whole way.
I’ll keep up with our friends and keep the good times, vibes and games rolling.
I hope we meet again someday. I’ll bring my dice, I look forward to session zero of the next campaign.
Yours in friendship everlasting
