Cecil A. Howard sadly left us on May 23, 2024.
Leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate to know him during his 86 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ann, daughter Debbie Bosmans,
Grandson Trevor (Jamie) Bosmans, great grandchildren
Dean Bosmans, Eisley Bosmans, Gwen Bosmans, Sadie Bosmans,
and many nieces and nephews. Previously departed loved
ones included grandson Travis Bosmans and his siblings
Effie, Lottie, Sheila, Russell (Jay), Maurice.
Cecil and his wife Ann, were married 67 years. They journeyed through life
together enjoying each other, family and friends. Cecil was a dedicated
and loving husband, father and grandfather (known as Paw Paw).
Always up for a laugh, there when you needed him, and never knew
a stranger. Following a 40+ years career helping to build roads
for South Florida. Cecil enjoyed his favorite pastime, fishing with friends and family.
Cecil loved helping others, the family asks you do the same - spread
some kindness.

In memory and in celebration of Cecil who made this world a brighter and better place. We will never forget our time together and will always be grateful for having you in our lives. The world lost a good, kind man last week.

My Uncle Cecil was a very kind, loving thoughtful man with plenty of humor. I so loved him. He will be greatly missed. Prayers for comfort and peace for his family left behind.
