I met Chuck at the Law School when I worked with his mom. The first time I met him, I felt that I had known him all my life. Outgoing, friendly, smiling and warm hearted. He was a wonderful person, wonderful father and loved life. I remember how much he would talk about surfing and fishing. He loved life and lived it. Rest in Peace Chuck. Love you, Betty
