Cynthia A. Chumbley, age 63, of Panama City Beach, Florida passed away on December 20, 2018 in Jacksonville surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 29, 1955 in Princeton, Indiana, daughter of Paul and Audrey Schultz. She was employed by AT&T as an Engineer and some of her hobbies included sailing, shopping and spending time with her loving family. Crevasse's Simple Cremation of Jacksonville is honored to be serving the Chumbley family.

Cindy was a dear friend who I shared many memories with all through high school, Princeton Community H. S., and college at Purdue University. I will miss her smiling face on FB. We will remember her in our prayers and know that she is with our loving Savior.
