November 27, 1985 ~ September 1, 2023

It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of David Francis Connelly V. David passed at the age of 37 on September 1, 2023. He was born in Daytona Beach, Florida and was a resident of Flagler Beach, Florida at the time of his passing. David served 3 years in the U.S. Army with an honorable discharge. David found solace in nature and was very much a free spirit. David was incredibly loved by many, which is in no doubt a testament to the kind and caring person he was.

David was a son, a brother, an uncle, a nephew, a grandson, and a friend to many. He is survived by his mother, Selina Lopez, his older brother, Michael Connelly, and his little sister, Theresa Connelly. The family is holding a private celebration of life held for David for family and close family friends.

  1. Family, I’m so sorry for your guys loss. Way too soon, you are all in my prayers. I’ll never forget the childhood memories I gained with your family in the W-Section! God bless!

  2. I worked with David at Beachfront grill. I open most morning and he would be finishing up cleaning. He always had a big smile when I arrived and we had some very good conversations. He will be very missed.. my prayers go out to his family.

  3. David was one of my dearest friends. I love him so very much and he will be missed terribly. He always was there when I would call or text. He made me feel as if I wasn't a burden to pour put my tears heart and soul to him and he would listen and genuinely be there and not judge me ever. I live you David RIP til we meet again.

  4. David was such a kind soul to me. He invited me into his circle with open arms and a gentle smile. He is such a wonderful human being, I am very blessed to have known him.

  5. David was a really good guy I remember when me and him would worked together with me and Scott and we would always get done real quick at beach front grill .

    I also remember

when Felix got his phone locked out of the work area he would be the guy to come save the day by coming out of his time just to unlock the door and let him in just to get his phone .
Anytime I would talk to him these would be the words I said  “ if you ever need anything I’m always here for you homie no matter what I love you dog and always here for you “ those were the words I said to him everytime I would talk to him .
Love you David and I hope you made it to heaven ❤️.
