Deborah (Debbie) D. Frank, Age 71, passed away Wednesday October 29, 2025 at her home in Ocala, FL surrounded by her family.

She was born December 15, 1953 in Norton, Virginia to Ernest C. Hill and Audrey A. (Anderson) Hill Debbie was the best cook, she loved helping others, she was an active volunteer and lifetime member of the VFW and often created calendars and flyers for them. She loved collecting LLADRO figurines. Debbie was very skilled at print art and always created her own personal greeting cards and other gifts that everyone enjoyed and loved. She loved spending time in the mountains and at the beach. Debbie was a very loving and caring wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved spending time with her family every chance she had.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest C. Hill and Audrey A. Hill, Her brother Ernest D. Hill and sister Youlanda M. Shanabrook.

She is survived by her husband Leonard B. Frank, of Ocala, FL daughters Lisa D. Puckett (Adrian) of Ocala, FL and Audra A. Burgess (Sam) of Flowery Branch, GA, her sons Kenneth D. Toler (Tiffany) of Eustis, FL and Brian C. Frank (Savannah) of Ocala, FL, and her 9 grandchildren.

    I think about you every day and miss you so much. I already miss talking about new places to eat and what new movies to watch with you. I will miss your interactions with my boys. I will miss getting new recipes from you. You are the reason Tollhouse cookies are my favorite! You were the person I could call for advice during tough times. You made every family event special with your creative and thoughtful ideas. Nothing will be the same without you. I am thankful for all of the good times shared with you. You left this world too soon but I know heaven has gained another angel to watch over us. Mom, I love you!
